I guess I'm finished for the week. I'm not allowed to bring in any personal property until next week. I measured everything and mapped out my classroom on 3D Home Architect. It worked pretty well and makes a good planning tool. Now, I just need to purchase some inexpensive shelving and some plastic totes, make some curtains, and decorate. Hello there my friend! I love your blog! I am so excited for you and your new endeavor, I know that you are going to be a fantastic teacher. I'll be praying for you. My sister Marcia returned to teaching in the same way, after at least 10 years, maybe more as an at-home mother and she has excelled in many, many ways. How exciting to see your classroom. I know the children in your class are in for a treat!
The room already looks in much better shape. As for miles to go, I'm sure you're going to get back in the swing of things much quicker than you think.
